Our mission

We build the AI Reconciliation Layer for enterprise finance. We use AI to implement and automate flexible adaptation to customer-specific ecosystems and reconciliation, delivering a fully customized solution for each customer and their needs. Our work is to make 100% line item coverage at T+0 the operating condition of enterprise finance, so revenue and margin recovery, audit readiness, and real time working capital control follow as consequences of one architectural unlock, not as separate initiatives.

Meet our founders

Our founders, Barbaros Özbugutu and Volkan Özkan, combine decades of experience in fintech, payment processing and business software.

After working together on financial platforms in Germany and Europe, they founded Donnerstag.ai to redefine the liquidity and invoicing processes of European companies. Today, Donnerstag.ai helps businesses in logistics, manufacturing, human resources, retail, and construction to flexibly automate reconciliation on the line-item level.
